The BISSELL 1785A is a very popular vacuum cleaner. It has an impressive 5-year warranty and it’s easy to use and maneuver around, thanks in large part to the swivel head design. Customers also love that this model comes with tools for every job you might need (and all at no extra cost). I found 82 customer reviews at the time of writing this Bissell CrossWave 1785A Review and they had awarded the BISSELL 1785A 4.5 stars out of a possible 5 on average.
There were only two negative reviews, both complaining about how difficult it was getting some attachments into place after assembling them onto the vacuums frame; however, I did not find any other complaints during my reading so perhaps these are isolated instances? Other customers said things like “Cleanup before guests arrived” or “Great size for apartment dwellers who don’t want anything huge taking up space in their small rooms!”
